Okay, so, seriously,
YOU WANT TO SMOKE , DONT SMOKE INFRONT OF ME .
Or even talk about smokin for 20 minutes when I'm in between you guys. :@

OR,
EVEN ASK OTHER PEOPLE TO TRY :@ :@ :@ :@ :@ /red .

You want die you go die yourself, why drag others down to hell with you. __

I'm wondering seriously -
People know that smoking is bad for health,
Your teeth will turn yellow,
Fingers turn yellowish,
Gum turn black,
...
...
And oh no,
Your apperance ruined ?

But why are there still so many people smoking ? ):
Unless you want to die with those black and yellow gums and teeth...
No one wants eh ?

So why ? Some elderly are already addicted, they cant stop , okay fine. But teenagers, wth is wrong ? Some with pretty faces, smart, slim and they smoke wth .

You think its cool to ?
You think its something to be proud of ?
You think your parents will be proud of you because you smoked ?
You think you can tell your children or grandchildren proudly saying "eh look, your papa smoke leh, arent you proud to have a smoker as your daddy?", childish isnt it ?
or you tink its nice with sexy black gums and yellow teeth, cute little yellowish fingers, the "fragrance" you had in your mouth ?
If yes, go ahead . To the hell .

Most people know the disadvantages of smoking , even smokers themselves,
Disadvantages such as -

- Death from disease caused by smoking .
- Lung , throat, mouth cancer ... ...
- Asthma .
- Lung, heart problems... ...
- Inability to breathe.
- Lower ability to exercise .
- Advanced signs of aging .
- Odor of smoke .
- Lower possibility of acceptance from non-smoking peers .
- Money used for cigarettes .

- Problems between family and friends.
- Problems - society/public.

Yep,
However !
It is never too late to quit !


"- Appoint a date and from that day onwards, dont ever touch another cigarette ever again. As the date is getting nearer, you may reduce the number of cigarettes intake.

- Focus on the benefits you will have after quitting . You will definitely feel that there is much more advantage to not smoking then to smoke. You will eliminate the risk of getting diseases. Other than that, you will have more energy. Even the amount of time you need to sleep is less to fully recharged your body. Your body resistance will increase overtime.

- Quitting smoking will save you a lot of money, which you are wasting to damage your body and health. Instead of buying cigarettes, save the money to go shoppin ! :D

- While quitting, you will face problems like headache, irritation and cough along with other withdrawal symptoms. Drink more water and keep your mouth busy by chewing a gum. Try to avoid coffee as it will arouse your cravings for cigarettes .

- Start exercising 20 minutes a day, 3 times a week. The toxic in your body will be cleanse out faster due to perspiration and also the increase intake of oxygen. When you quit, your weight will increase. You can prevent this by exercising and eating healthy food to enhance your healthy lifestyle."

LETS NOT ALLOW SMALL LITTLE TINY CIGARETTES TO CONTROL OUR LIFES ! :D
